This original chalk sketch is signed by West Virginia Artist, Art Fink, in August of 1948. The clown is sitting backward in his chair, checking his makeup with a hand mirror. Good use of colors for a baby's nursery or toy room, if you don't want too many primary colors, to overstimulate a baby. Measures 31 1/2" tall x 25 1/2" wide x 1" deep. Cream-colored matting. Framed in gold hues and burgundy, wood. Authenticated by the original owner, who received it as a gift for his own childhood nursery, and his mother was a longtime friend of the Artist.
